I have been paid on my loans as recently as last week. Did you satisfy all of the loan compliance requirements? They will not send out any checks until all of the requirements have been completed to

I do not know who Steve Dibert is. I believe the other posters just stated him as the likely reason why you havenīt been paid due to their
previous bad experiences with him. I know that Sunny Gaddh is the current owner of Sunny Mortgage. And, just because your loans close doesnīt mean you get paid right away. Your files have to go through their closing file
compliance review. I donīt believe that they are a shady organization as I have always been promptly paid on all of my loan closings. I sure hope that they havenīt stopped paying out on files. I would be really pissed to hear
that!

I use to work for Sunny Mortgage. It took me forever to get paid. I left after a couple of months.
All I can say,"Is watch your back". I canīt remember the guyīs name. He introduced himself as Sunny. Hope this help.

I am a former employee of Sunny Mortgage. I want to alert all Virtual loan officers. Sunny Gaddh is simply a man with a motive and the
motive is not to pay out on loans. Please take note to this. If you notice, he changes his website everyday in hopes that you will not be able to meet his compliance requirements. Unless you read the website in itīs entirety
daily, you will never be in compliance on your files. He changes staff regularly as to keep everybody confused. Please be carefull in dealing with this company because he is not being honest with people."YOU WILL GET

I closed a deal on March 25th with WELLS FARGO and he hasnīt pay me my $4k commission check.
They donīt want to talk to me with not reason.
They donīt respond calls, e-mails anything.
The Stupid guy working for him Brian, plays idiot when my friend called on three way calling and I asked him for my money.
Theyīre complete rip offs and need to go to jail.
I have two kids to feed! and I wonīt stop until my money is paid.
I already reported him to the Ft Lauderdale Police Dpt.
anyone out there should do the same to get his butt in jail.

Sumit Gaddh..........is an unethical and one of the most offensive individuals I have ever met! He thinks that he knows everything. His
building address is 1910 East Oakland Park Blvd. You must knock on the door before someone opens it. They will not let you in unless to have an appointment. He treats his staff memebrs like shit! No wonder they all leave. Every
week thereīs someone new. He drives a gold mercedes benz. So if you see it in the parking lot, heīs there. Although he would tell his staff to tell anyone that asks for him that heīs not there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS
MAN!!!!!!! Iīm still awaiting payment for a loan I closed. I travel 300 miles to his "coporate office" to get my money because he refuses to take any phone calls. His staff transfers you to his vm. He has a few
